What Are Your Pricing Plans?

For our answering service, we charge per minutes used which includes time spent for completing call notes and completing call summary email.



Starter Plan: 200 minutes: $250

Popular Plan: 500 minutes: $650 

Expert Plan: 1000 minutes: $1500 

+ $2 per minute for going over allotted plan minutes.


For our chat services:

10 chats per month - $125/month

30 chats per month - $250/month

50 chats per month - $390/month


For data entry, we would create a customized plan that is based on your needs. We can set a fixed price for the completion of a project, or we will require a monthly retainer for ongoing data entry services.


The monthly retainer can be $1,000 - $4,000 per month for ongoing services, depending on the expected workload and service level.

Recruitment and Training

We meticulously recruit and select independent contractors who possess the skills and experience required to meet your customer service needs. What is the hourly rate for your agents?

We are paying our agents $15 an hour with monthly incentives for attendance.

What is an independent contractor?

An independent contractor is a self-employed individual or business entity that provides services to another entity under a contractual agreement. Unlike employees, independent contractors operate their own business and are responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and work-related expenses.
